Technical Support Engineer

I am working with a client in Copenhagen and Aarhus to find an experienced individual to provide technical support to our customers and troubleshoot technical issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software and services
  • Work closely with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and technical issues
  • Contribute to the development of internal support tools and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product features and updates


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of software development and technical troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
