
I am working with a client in Copenhagen and Aarhus to find an experienced individual to provide technical support to our customers and troubleshoot technical issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software and services
- Work closely with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and technical issues
- Contribute to the development of internal support tools and processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product features and updates
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role
- Strong understanding of software development and technical troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
