Our Business Development Sales Executive is primarily responsible for supporting the sales team in pre-sales (client meetings, presentations), post-sales support, and farming new business opportunities within existing clients.

Duties And Responsibilities

5+ years of proven sales, business development, and creating strategic partnership success in SaaS and Hosted Services Software Platforms for Customer Communication Management (CCM) and Customer Experience, including Omni-channel communication for the Financial Services Industry (sectors include, Banking, Wealth Management, Defined Contribution, Life Insurance/Annuities)
Professional executive and entrepreneur, comfortable presenting to C-Suite
Excellent prospecting skills
Strong communication and presentation skills - adept using PowerPoint
Quick study with the ability to resolve business issues
"Challenger" style sales approach is a major plus for the ideal candidate
Strong consultative sales skills
Educational and knowledgeable about industry trends, and best practices
Experienced selling large, multi-million-dollar contracts to large financial institutions.
Experienced in CRM tool, Salesforce

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred
10+ years of proven consultative sales, business development, customer service, and creating strategic partnership success in document creation, management and multi-channel delivery for Financial, Insurance and Healthcare markets
Excellent strategic planning, organization, keynote presentation and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
Experienced in CRM tool, Salesforce
