Software Engineer / Farmer

About the company

Our client are on the lookout for a Software Engineer (no previous Software Engineering experience required) who ideally has a background or interest in farming / AgTech.

This farming / AgTech company is revolutionising the industry. They are a venture backed company with global ambition. There farming robots are already being used by many customers and they are going through a phase of explosive growth.


Role & Responsibilities

• Work directly for a robotics company building their iOS app and other software programs
• Develop scalable solutions using Swift programming language (and get exposure to many other languages / technologies)
• Support customers with technical problems

Skills and Experience

• Strong interest in Software Engineering and Farming / Ag Tech
• Software Development experience preferred but not required (any front end or iOS based languages - JavaScript, React, Swift, Objective-C etc)
