Senior Software Engineer (Python/NodeJS/.NET)


This company is one of Stockholm's most unique and entrepreneurial companies. A fresh, incredible well established and financially rewarding consultancy/incubator, founded by leaders within the tech startup space and backed by Angel investors!

Their business is split, part consultancy, part incubator, with a close-knit team of around 10 senior software engineers all pulling in the same direction!

As a consultant, you will work on long-term assignments, always alongside other members of your team, and only ever on the most exciting and technically challenging projects in Stockholm, they have over 20 long-standing clients!

As for the incubator side of their business, you and your colleagues will also work on developing the first products and platforms of multiple hot startups in the tech space who have established investors - for each startup you work on, you will receive equity!

Whilst this might seem a little complex and too good to be true so far, I'd love to tell you more and explain how it all works, but trust me, it's one of a kind!

They are looking for senior engineers with an entrepreneurial mindset, consutling experience or experience within startups would be awesome, but if you are a talented engineer interested in a new challenge, please do apply!

Skills & Qualifications
  • 4/5+ Years within modern programming languages; Node, Java, Python, .NET - Back/frontend focused
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Experience as a consultant or someone with a startup mindset would be great
  • Swedish fluency

  • Unique salary model - 60k base for first 3 months, then, 40% of the rate they charge on assignements
