We are hiring! - Servicenow Technical Consultant

We Need Your Skills :

Job Requirements:

3-5 years' experience with ServiceNow administration and development. Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow Incident-, Change-, Problem-, Request-, Knowledge-Management Modules and Asset- & Configuration Management (CMDB).

Experience in IT service management, ITIL certification preferred.

Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes

Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues
  • Experience in integration of ServiceNow with other IT applications
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow architecture and key modules (e.g., ITSM modules, ITOM, Service Catalog, CMDB)
  • Knowledge about workflows, reporting, and dashboards
  • Experience in developing custom applications. Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CDD, JSON and web service integrations using REST, SOAP
  • Experienced in working in an Agile environment and handling multiple priorities

Information Technology study or equivalent education in engineering.

Relevant technical certifications in ServiceNow for Administration (admin or higher)

English and Spanish advanced level.
