I am looking someone who can explain and integrate technologies and systems to deliver against a vision and set of use cases.
This role will be vital in helping the business further the rollout of an incumbent solution. I am looking for a solutions consultant that will be a product expert, with a keen eye to demonstrate new and improved ways to make use of capabilities by working closely with a MarTech Manager to assess feasibility of use cases, write technical requirements, explain technical concepts and have the know-how to ensure a collective understanding of the likely impacts of proposed solutions.
This role is hands-on and will require the candidate to implement and set up a hub. This role will be the main point of contact into the Data and Development team - a team responsible for bringing data into the Hub, working closely with the Solution Consultant to support solutions, solution design, scoping, and delivery
Role & Responsibilities
The set up and ongoing maintenance of ONE Engagement Hub from a technical standpoint
Designing, configuring, and customising ONE Engagement Hub for required use cases and other business requirements
Running workshops with the Martech Solution Architect, Product, & Marketing Data and Development team to define solution options and create solution design documents
Owning product training and delivery with support of vendors to enable self-serve of platforms at scale
Providing technical guidance and best practice to our regional 'super users'
Inputting into the product roadmap providing direction on short-term/ long-term product developments and rollout
Translating vendor roadmap and product features/ functionality into opportunity areas for Betway
Working collaboratively and jointly with the MarTech Manager who will represent the 'voice of the business'
Working with ONE Engagement Hub to present updates to the business in the form of Quarterly Business Reviews
Skills & Qualifications
Work in close collaboration with the MarTech Manager to define a joint ONE Engagement Hub roadmap and project plans
Solution discovery and design including impact assessments and considerations
Maintenance of ONE Engagement Hub set up and use case configuration
Troubleshooting and testing frameworks
Input into ONE Engagement Hub roadmap
Support adoption and product training ('super-users')
Present concepts and understand of new product features/ functionalities and capabilities
