Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer | Citrix, Network Admin

My client is a leading international MNC, currently they are looking for a IT Infrastructure Engineer.



Your responsibilities:

• Global-IT Operations management and support.
• Helpdesk support for the whole oragnisation in office hours and major in Asia Pacific offices.
• Troubleshoot and recue systems during failure
• Handle vendors/ service providers in system troubleshooting and replace failure equipment and procurement
• Conduct disaster recovery test and compose test report

Requirements:

• 8 years working experience in IT operations and support
• Significant experience with and the ability to support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
• Significant experience with and the ability to support VMware vSphere
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (Iaas, SaaS) and O365
• Deep knowledge and experience skills in M365 administration and support.
• Knowledge and experience skills in Windows 10, Server 2019 administration and support.
• Knowledge and experience skills in network administration
