Data Scientist (Insurance or Finance)

I am currently working alongside a Rapidly Expanding IT Consultancy client and they are currently seeking a Data Scientist (1 x Insurance Background and 1 x Financial background) to join their ever growing team and well established team.



The organisation has a strong emphasis on internal culture and development and will actively seek to support staff with career progression routes. There is also the potential to offer Visa Sponsorship if required and due to the ongoing situation in Ukraine, candidates from this region are able to have Visa applications fast-tracked.



Ideally the candidate will come from a Big Data and Data Science background.



It is required that the candidate will have experience in at least some of the following areas-

• Hands-on Technical Experience
• Experience working within Insurance or Finance sectors
• Experience working across multiple business units
• Model Risk
• Python
• Model Risk
• Credit Risk
• Code Writing
• Post Graduate Qualification
• Risk/Underwriting/Modelling
