Infrastructure Lead

My client is a global company with the Head Quarter stationed in HK. We are currently looking for an infrastructure lead to manage the organisation server, storage and cloud in house project and daily operations. This role will be directly reporting to Assistant Manager of this company and leading a team of 3 to 4 engineers for daily duty. This role is a replacement headcount for an internal promotion of it's existing candidate to higher position.

Scope of Duties:

• Ensure IT System High Availability and Service Level Agreement
• Incident management and proposal
• Development of effective DR plan for the organisation
• Facilitate the development and implementation of business continuity plans for IT
• Ensure the smoothly operations for IT Infrastructure Facilities and Data Centres as well as Cloud based IT services
• Take ownership to drive SLA improvements
• Oversee the end-to-end solution delivery to ensure on time and within budget
• Ensure post-implementation maintenance & support is effective and efficient
• Vendor management
• Lead a team of engineers toward performance excellence

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology related disciplines
• At least 6 years of IT experience and preferably with people management experiences
• Holder of Professional Certificates such as MCSE/VCP or cloud related certs will be an advantage
• Experience in complex infrastructure project management (end to end exposure)
• Have experience of leading a team, and be able to demonstrate an effective coaching and mentoring style
• Have experience of developing solutions and making decisions for a team with only minimal management guidance and supervision
• Able to listen and articulate ideas verbally, and in the written
