System Engineer (Senior)

Our client provides proactive IT strategy, systems design as well as ongoing support to optimise the business operations efficiency, increase productivity and maximise profitability to clients from FSI Industry.

Duties:

• Executing and maintaining our client's IT Infrastructure
• Overseeing technical support and management of network, desktop/server hardware and software, and application systems
• Offering Level 1 - 3 assistance for incident resolution
• Collaborating with fellow team members and other departments to advance projects and address incidents

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years' solid experience in technical support and management for Windows platforms such as Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2019/2016, Active Directory Administration / Group Policy, Exchange Server
• Familiarity with networking principles: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching/Firewall
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Firewall/switches and proficiency in virtualization
• Exposure to and Cloud-based Architectures is advantageous
• Certificates holders for CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or MCSE is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in IT / Engineering or equivalent
• Self-motivated with a focus on action and outcomes
