Your Role and Responsibilities

We're looking for an SAP Consultant with a SuccessFactors EC Payroll. You'll lead the design, build, and test phases, ensuring systems integration and client success. This role offers unique career opportunities and the chance to work alongside a network of talented professionals.

In this role, you'll utilise your expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors to deliver innovative solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our client's workforce and leading the functional team on new and existing implementations. Key Qualifications and Experience

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors solution delivery, with a track record of successful end-to-end implementations ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Expertise in providing functional and technical leadership in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Background in stakeholder management, organizational change management, process design, and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll and experience in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
