IT Support Engineer

Job Description:

Our client, a global MNC company is hiring for IT Support Engineer. You will be the primary person responsible for IT infrastructure support across office and site locations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for end-user issues, troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including network management, servers, backups, and CCTV systems.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams to ensure smooth system updates and maintenance.
• Provide on-site support at main office and factory.
• Maintain and update Microsoft Infrastructure and SQL Server.
• Contribute to digitalization efforts and new projects.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in IT Helpdesk with regional exposure.
• On-site support required.
• Fast learner, proactive, responsible, and a team player.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Immediate availability preferred.
