Cybersecurity Manager (Group Level) - Large Enterprise

Company Overview

Our client is the leading enterprise company with HQ in HK with a sizable user of 6000 locally. We are looking for a candidate with extensive knowledge on IT security, governance & compliance background to join the growing IT Security team.



Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Security to devise the cybersecurity risk assessment plan
• Responsible to review and improve established IT practices and controls
• Assess the current gap and advise remediation steps to ensure Entities have the right technology, people & processes in place and strength business awareness to minimize cybersecurity risks
• Ensure excellence in information security operations and appropriate service level agreement in response to IT security issues with appropriate information security Incident Management and escalation
• Ensure developments and changes in the threat environments are adequately addressed in security strategy plans and architecture artifacts

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT security field with solid cybersecurity knowledge
• Collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple functional line and geographical locations
• Possess relevant professional qualifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or any other relevant certs will be a plus
• Good knowledge of IT security best practices and concepts
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
