Senior System & Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Plan, review and implement change requests
• Manage service delivered under service vendor as per the Service Level Agreement and consistent with industry practices
• Ensure infrastructure services comply with audit and information security requirements
• Ensure the operability and the execution of network team related disaster recovery plans
• Provide monthly reports on system performance and usage
• Incident resolution via phone, service desk tools or direct desk side engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years support and admin experience in the system, server and network
• With Financial Institutions environment experience is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with network equipment, such as CISCO and Fortigate
• Knowledgeable in VMWare ESXi, Microsoft Hyer-V, Centos, Windows Server 2016
• Exposure to Cloud (AWS, Aliyun) is an advantage too
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Holder of High Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent with CCNA / CCNP is preferred
