Server Engineer (Nigh Shift - URGENT)

Our client is a Hong Kong based IT Service Provider, provide IT solutions to all sizes of business especially clients from banking.

Responsibilities:

• Managing server hardware upgrades, fault resolution, & reporting. To make sure servers is physically installed and Firmware updated
• Support pre and post installation tasks in servers
• Carry out prechecks and troubleshoot during and after initial handover to customers
• Knowledge of Dell, Lenovo and HPE x86 technology
• Knowledge of Smarts ticketing tool, ServiceNow, NLyte, Appeture, Teams, Outlook, Zoom
• Night shifts and to travel on site when require

Requirement:

• Ability in implementation and installations within servers platforms
• Experience in server rack configurations error, identity bugs and coordinate in servers. Configurations involving in firmware, utilities and drivers
• Experience in Lenovo, HPE & Dell in server backend and network cabling
• Ability in replacing CPUs, DIMMs, power supplies, or other server hardware
• Knowledgeable in VMWare and virtualization, AWS & Aliyun is a plus
• Certifications in server hardware of HPE, Dell, Lenovo is a plus
• Fluency in English is require to work closely with regional team
• Open to fresh graduate / junior. Provide on job training
