Advent Geneva Support AnalystUK or IrelandMinimum 6 Month contractFRG are working with a Financial Services group who are looking for a Support/Application Analyst highly skilled in SS&C Advent Geneva.
Responsibilities- Work with Global Support team supporting applications
- Level 1 and Level 2 Incident & Problem Management support
- Work with vendors and/or internal teams to resolve technical and user issues during migrations or BAU
- Documentation, processes, procedures for governance of platforms
- Day to Day monitoring of internal processes and proactive resolutions of escalated issues
- User Procedures and training
- Coordination and implementation of new platform releases with business users
- Supporting Project Managers
- Business Continuity & Disaster recovery
- Act as go to SME for SS&C Advent Geneva application monitoring and reporting
Experience Needed:- Multiple years experience working in a team responsible for providing analytical support and administration of business applications
- Experience with SS&C Advent Geneva
- Querying skills (SQL)
- Knowledge of Broadridge Security Master, Price Master or Analytics Master
