We're looking for a driven project manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Infor M3 projects and support their clients in achieving seamless integrations and maximum operational efficiency. About the Role
As an Infor M3 Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and optimisation of Infor M3 ERP systems across diverse industries. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle Infor M3 ERP projects from initiation to go-live, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into functional deliverables.
- Coordinate and manage communication between internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide regular project updates, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Manage post-implementation support and handover to operational teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in being responsible for managing Infor M3 ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of Infor M3 modules including Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Distribution.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and resource management.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
- PMP, Prince2 or other project management certification (preferred).
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional project environments.
