Job Description

We are seeking for experience IT Support Engineer/ Helpdesk to join our client. You will play a important role in handling in-house system and supporting end user.



Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily IT systems and infrastructure support
  • Responsible in delivering Tier 1 & 2 support via call or email to end users
  • Perform update, maintenance and migration for system
  • Assist to troubleshooting in hardware, software, networking issues and incidents.
  • Coordinate with vendor on IT projects
  • Provide remote/onsite IT support if necessary




Job Requirements
  • Diploma or above with major in Computing / Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Solid experienced in technical support, helpdesk or relevant working experience.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure such as network, server, and system including Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2019/2016, Windows Server 2019/2016, O365.
  • Good communication skills in English & Cantonese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
