Senior Technical Specialist

Our client is a leading Company that provide IT solutions, SAP services to more than 50 Companies globally. They also provides import/export in various products, communications technology, finance, business investment up to 100 bases in 62 countries. As part of upcoming growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Specialist to join their Infrastructure Team.

Job Duties

• Responsible in managing Company's IT infrastructure in hybrid cloud environment, server, network equipment monitoring and users support
• Work close with other team members and departments to provide Cloud Infrastructure solution to accomplish project objectives and digital transformation
• Ability to manage Company and support group companies within same office space of telecommunications and data networking
• Assist HQ office's for audit related information in security and assessment
• Regular system maintenance and patch management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years solid experience in Windows Server system, Azure Cloud Infrastructure Solution, and network support
• Experience in Tier 2/Tier 3 of networking including switches, VPN. Wi-Fi, Firewall and server hardware, backup hardware, network hardware
• Good communication skill and Interpersonal skill among colleagues, project members, customers and suppliers etc.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Holder of Higher Diploma/ Degree Holder

Good to have:

• Experience with Enterprise Linux
• Experience with enterprise virtualization platform such as VMware, Hyper-V
• Experience with scripting for server administration (VBS/.NET/PowerShell/Linux batch script, etc)
• Experience in Amazon Web Service (AWS), Google Cloud Platform
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin
