Skills & Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of experience as an IT Service Owner or Operations Manager in multinational environments with a matrix structure.
  • Proven experience in operating and maintaining complex and innovative solutions with high customer value.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with SAP and Salesforce.
