Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for assigned customers for our software solution.



Role & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers, understanding their business goals and helping them achieve success with our SaaS solution.
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day business and conceptualize sales strategy for software solutions.
  • Conceive, implement, and monitor new and existing customer support in our CRM system, focusing on IT and sustainability markets.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and implementation teams for seamless onboarding of new customers.


Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in a SaaS company using CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and experience with upselling and cross-selling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Fluency in Dutch (C2 level).
