The Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a small team of frontend developers
• Write high-quality, scalable React code
• Translate business needs into user stories and sprint plans
• Drive frontend architecture and performance improvements
• Conduct monthly 1:1s and support team development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization

• Strong experience in React and modern frontend development
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Agile mindset with experience in sprint planning and delivery
• Passion for clean code, performance, and user experience
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Based in Oslo or willing to relocate (visa support available)
