My client is looking for an experienced Applications Support Engineer who can provide technical expertise and assistance to the internal end users for all applications within their estate.

Desired Skill set/Responsibilities:

* Provide technical expertise to internal user base on all applications within the estate
* Execute Incident and Problem Management in line with ITIL standards
* Proven track record in supporting an array of different applications

* Understanding of Cloud Based Environments - Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Cloud)
* Experience working with email and document software - iManage
