NAV Administrator | Hybrid | $90 - $135K

NAV Administrator | Hybrid, Los Angeles, CA

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for NAV system administration, including managing and configuring the application, creating and maintain business policies and requirements, and providing product support
  • Oversee projects and work with stakeholders to ensure the application meets business needs
  • Determines scope of projects, resource planning, and project timeline
  • Support with creating and maintaining policies and procedures while communicating and training users
  • Responsible for reporting, financial analysis, and recommendations to management
  • Manage user request for assistance and provide resolutions in a timely manner
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work in matrixed organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting Dynamics NAV
  • Demonstrated functional knowledge of the application
  • Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle experience
  • Demonstrated experience with multiple modules including advanced warehouse, sales orders, shipping, order management
  • Understand and can explain business processes flow
  • Ability to document and provide training to assigned user roles
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of accounting and transactional flow.
  • CPA (Preferred)
