Senior GoLang Developer - Helsinki

The team consists of highly motivated professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients. As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a talented Golang Developer to help us create robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Golang-based applications and services.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure the highest level of application stability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the Golang community and advocate for their adoption.
• Work closely with the product and project management teams to deliver software solutions on time and within scope.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Golang Developer with a strong understanding of the Go programming language.
• Familiarity with common Golang frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with writing efficient SQL queries and working with databases.
• Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capability to work in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud technologies is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
• Familiarity with other programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
