Helpdesk engineer (Perm Role)

Responsibilities:
First level technical support for user's desktops and laptops (Windows OS)
Basic troubleshooting of networking issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch)
Corporate Email setup and administration (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile Activesync)
Hardware/Software inventory documentation
Monitor daily backup
If applicant possesses programming knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to develop in-house software system.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in IT or related principles
Preferably 1 year hand-on working experience in end-user support (hardware & software) environment
Good communication skill and personality
Good team player and enthusiastic
Self-initiator on performing tasks
Resourceful and responsive
Keep up to date with technology as it develops, improving your knowledge and constantly learning.
