Job description

Helpdesk engineer (Perm Role)


  • First level technical support for user's desktops and laptops (Windows OS)
  • Basic troubleshooting of networking issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch)
  • Corporate Email setup and administration (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile Activesync)
  • Hardware/Software inventory documentation
  • Monitor daily backup
  • If applicant possesses programming knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to develop in-house software system.

Job Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in IT or related principles
  • Preferably 1 year hand-on working experience in end-user support (hardware & software) environment
  • Good communication skill and personality
  • Good team player and enthusiastic
  • Self-initiator on performing tasks
  • Resourceful and responsive
  • Keep up to date with technology as it develops, improving your knowledge and constantly learning.
