IT Support Analyst Opportunity - Contract - Menlo Park, California

My client is looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst who can work on a contract basis.

Desired Skillset/Responsibilities:

* Experience with multiple SaaS applications
* Great troubleshooting skills on hardware (Mac, PC, Mobile Devices, etc.)
* Independent contributor, able to pick up and learn support structures quickly
* Excellent communication skills and experience acting as an IT consultant
* Ability to step into an issue, identify problems, and provide solutions
