Java Developer

Job Description

As a Java developer, you will be working alongside a team of fellow Java developers and DevOps engineers to create new features on an exciting new project.


Role & Responsibilities

• Create innovative new features in accordance to needs defined by the product owner using Java
• Work in an agile team to define and execute test cases
• Create application prototypes in accordance to client needs
• Maintain constant contact with the client to refine needs and specifications
• Be a mentor to more junior members of the team

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with development in Java
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for containerisation
• Knowledge of Azure cloud is a bonus
• Knowledge of CI/CD and tools such as terraform and ansible
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• German B2 level
