Summary of Position:



The ideal candidate is an experienced influencer manager who can foster strong authentic relationships and has a solid understanding of the health and fitness industry. This role will lead the development & execution of influencer strategy to improve the full marketing funnel. This includes recruiting and managing influencer partnerships across all influencer related programs. This role will be managing product per post campaigns, short term partners, long term partners, partners eligible for whitelisting and paid media initiatives. They will work cross-functionally with the marketing team, advertising team and other departments to achieve their goals.



Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development & execution of influencer strategy to improve the full marketing funnel-increasing brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new influencers and athletes who align with the brand
  • Manage contract negotiation with influencers/influencer managers with clarity on partnership expectations
  • Develop and manage campaigns with influencers, athletes, and content creators on Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop campaign-specific strategies for all Influencer related programs
  • Work closely with the advertising team on all whitelisting and paid media initiatives
  • Work individually with influencers and athletes on their content strategy and manage daily communication
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong community and individual relationships with influencers and athletes
  • Manage content requests to be used across all marketing channels
  • Develop and execute successful product for post campaigns to build brand awareness and recruit new members to the athlete program
  • Analyze, measure, and report on all influencer activities during and after all paid/unpaid engagements to evaluate value and optimize for future initiatives






Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Marketing
  • 2+ years of Influencer Marketing experience
  • 1+ years of experience managing and executing performance-based marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Grin or similar influencer marketing platforms
  • Passion for building relationships and connecting with people
  • Strong understanding of the industry
  • Strong management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to derive campaign insights and optimize performance
  • Experience with Google Analytics, and Excel; experience with attribution and measurement platforms a plus

Work Location:

Our headquarters are in Irvine, CA. Candidate must be able to reliably commute to the headquarters. Working remotely on occasion is negotiable.
