This client is a young and vibrant team of 3 developers, with plans to expand to 5 developers this year and next. The company has been making waves in the industry for the past 5 years, supported by a stable and investor-backed startup culture. Collaboration is at the heart of their organization, and they work closely with colleagues from various departments.

The Role:

Your primary task will be to lead the migration of our existing Blazor web app and Xamarin mobile app to a new, modern app framework. They are considering Next.js + Tailwind CSS + Ionic Capacitor, Flutter, and React Native as potential options. With your expertise, They aim to consolidate both apps into one, streamlining maintenance and accelerating development. This will enable them to move faster, deploy 1-2 times a week, and embrace a DevOps style without needing a dedicated DevOps team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of the existing web and mobile apps to the new app framework.
• Design and implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, leveraging your aesthetic sense and technical expertise.
• Contribute to the .NET backend as needed during the migration process.
• Ensure the app is compatible with App Stores and can effectively use native functions like push notifications.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with modern web frontends (React, Angular, Vue, or similar).
• Demonstrable work showcasing user-friendly designs and strong technical decision-making.
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a small, close-knit team.
• Experience with .NET backend development, providing valuable insights during migration.
• Familiarity with mobile app development using Flutter or React Native is a plus.
