    About Us

We are a unified team facing global challenges, offering boundless opportunities. Our mission is to propel connections with the power to transform the world. With over 35 years of experience, we have shaped the communications landscape for consumers, businesses, governments, and militaries worldwide. We seek visionary, courageous, and inclusive minds ready to generate a positive impact by joining our team.

    What You'll Do

We are seeking an Analog/Mixed Signal Electronics Engineer to strengthen our Hardware team in Lausanne. As a key member of our multidisciplinary R&D team, you will collaborate with passionate individuals to develop revolutionary satellite communication technologies. Your role will involve designing highly reliable analog and mixed-signal electronics, considering functional, electrical, size, weight constraints, and environmental requirements.

    Daily Responsibilities

In close collaboration with your project colleagues, you will be responsible for the entire development cycle of electronic boards, including conception, development, testing, optimization, and integration of analog and mixed-signal electronic circuits for satellites. You will define requirements, architecture, and circuit design, select components, design PCBs, start up boards, perform tests, and document designs and fabrication.

You will work in partnership with internal and external experts in optics, mechanics, and software to achieve project goals.

    What You'll Need

You are meticulous, open-minded, and well-organized, capable of handling multiple tasks in a diverse environment.

You enjoy working autonomously while knowing when to ask for help.

As an excellent team player, problem solver, and practical engineer, you are ready to do what it takes for the team to succeed.

You have an MSc or PhD in electronic engineering or a related field, with solid experience in aerospace and at least 7 years of experience in the design and implementation of mixed-signal electronics.

You are proficient in PCB design tools, preferably Altium, and have practical experience with various testing equipment.

You are available to travel to the United States and Europe as needed.

    What Will Help You Succeed

A solid understanding of control theory, familiarity with photodetectors and transimpedance amplifiers, experience with microcontrollers or FPGAs, and programming skills (C/C++, Python, Matlab) will be assets.

Experience in RF component design and knowledge of satellite communication will also be appreciated.
