FRG Consulting recrute pour l'un de ses clients, un Consultant Data Analyst spécialisé en Snowflake pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique au sein d'un cabinet de conseil en pleine croissance, basé à Paris. Le candidat retenu sera un professionnel expérimenté alliant des compétences techniques solides à une compréhension approfondie des enjeux métier, avec une expertise particulière dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie.

Missions :

En tant que bras droit du Product Owner (PO), vous aurez pour mission de soutenir et accompagner le PO de bout en bout, depuis la qualification des besoins jusqu'au delivery final. Vos responsabilités principales incluront :


  • Profil Technico-Fonctionnel : Vous serez le lien essentiel entre les équipes métiers et techniques, capable de canaliser les attentes du métier tout en assurant une visibilité claire sur l'état d'avancement du projet.


  • Capacité de Delivery : Expert en modélisation dans Snowflake, vous serez capable de travailler sous Tableau pour garantir un delivery efficace et de haute qualité.


  • Collecte et Traduction des Besoins : Vous serez responsable de collecter, comprendre et traduire les besoins des équipes métiers, telles que le client success, le marketing et les partenariats.


  • Proposition de Solutions : Vous proposerez les meilleures réponses et options possibles en fonction des besoins, que ce soit pour le reporting, le machine learning, la segmentation, le scoring, l'analyse textuelle, etc.


  • Fiabilité et Respect des Délais : Vous vous assurerez de la fiabilité des réponses, de leur adéquation aux besoins, ainsi que du respect des plannings.


  • Collaboration avec les Équipes Produits et IT : Vous échangerez avec les équipes produits et informatiques pour continuellement améliorer la qualité des données.


Profil Recherché :
  • Expertise avérée en Python et SQL.
  • Expertise confirmée en Snowflake.
  • Compétence avancée en Tableau.
  • Agilité et compréhension fonctionnelle approfondie.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication pour échanger avec les équipes métiers, produits et IT.

We are looking for you to bring some of the following skills & experiences:
  • Previous experience in an advisory or consultative role working with businesses on their strategy related to data

  • Demonstrable years of experience in a technical role within analytics, BI, or data engineering
  • Experience or familiarity of technologies such as SQL, Azure, Snowflake, Power BI, and good working knowledge of databases

Principal Accountabilities
