    Role: Senior Network Engineer (Implementation)

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Configuration of physical network devices during capacity expansion projects
    • Establishment of automated monitoring systems for physical network devices
    • Implementation of automated alerting systems based on monitoring data for physical network devices
    • Development of automation scripts for safely updating configuration settings of physical network devices
    • Management of tickets to Data Centre operations for various tasks including cable checks, device replacements, and decommissioning
    • Updating firmware (operating system) of network devices
    • Maintenance of logical access security for network devices
    • Immediate response to live site incidents involving network devices

    Required Skills:
    • 3 or more years of Networking Engineering experience, encompassing Layer 2 protocols, Layer 3 networking with IP, and routing protocols such as OSPF/IS-IS, BGP, and MPLS
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting across a range of networking platforms including Cisco, Dell, Palo Alto, Fortigate, and Arista
    • Strong scripting abilities for automating routine tasks is highly advantageous(preferred, though not strictly required)
    • Ability to collaborate effectively, listen attentively, maintain composure under pressure, gain confidence from peers, and adaptability, as the role may encompass diverse responsibilities such as design engineering, deployment engineering, operations, and project management

    Your new role

    This position is responsible for shaping the organisation's ERP roadmap (planning, implementing, and managing), with a keen focus on optimising financial applications, BI stack, and data lake functionalities to harness actionable insights from data. In this collaborative capacity, you will work closely with diverse business units and C-suites across the group, driving operational efficiency and facilitating well-informed decision-making.
    • Lead the strategy, planning and execution of ERP system implementations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather functional & technical requirements, documentation, and scoping of ERP solutions.
    • Project Manage ERP implementation, communicate issues, risks, and changes.
    • Collaborate with ERP vendors for consulting, implementation, customisation, changes, product roadmaps and updates.
    • Co-ordinate product training, handholding users, and ensuring sustainable adoption.
    • Provide insights by developing and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards within the ERP system.
    • Plan, design and implement Business Analytics & Business Intelligence projects.
    • Lead design and architecture of the organisation's cloud data lake solution that meets organisation needs.
    • Overseeing data lake integration through diverse data sources to consolidate financial reporting.
    • Implement and manage data pipelines from different business units to ensure the timely and accurate flow of data to the data lake.

    What you'll need to succeed
    • At least 3 full life-cycle implementation experience of any ERP systems
    • Strong understanding of finance implementation workflow and manufacturing processes including MES and BoM is essential.
    • Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to ERP functionality.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage and obtain buy-in from C-suites
    • Proven track record in vendor management
    • Some experience in data lake and BI technologies

    As a Manager/Senior Manager with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud ERP technology and/or process, you are expected to lead client engagements, create new opportunities, and contribute to people development. Your scope includes both project delivery and business development aspects such as:
