The company's sustained commercial wins have fuelled continuous growth, expanding a Technology department that prizes curiosity, rapid experimentation, and precision engineering. • Expert-level proficiency in Node.js for building robust, modular, and testable micro-services.
  • Deep hands-on mastery of AWS Lambda, including authoring, deploying, and tuning high-throughput functions and integrating them with API Gateway, EventBridge, DynamoDB, and SQS.
  • Demonstrated capability to select and implement the most appropriate AWS Serverless components (e.g., Step Functions, AppConfig, SAM/CDK) to achieve low-latency, cost-efficient solutions.
  • Track record of shipping production AI-powered functionality: designing data pipelines, integrating ML/LLM services or custom models, and monitoring real-world performance at scale.
  • Solid grounding in software architecture patterns (event-driven, micro-services, domain-driven design) with evidence of balancing speed, maintainability, and reliability.
  • History of implementing automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation or CDK) to achieve rapid, reliable deployments.
  • Confident in writing performance-focused, unit-tested, and observability-enabled code (metrics, logs, traces) that withstands heavy load.
  • Comfortable leading technical decision-making, performing code reviews, and mentoring others through example and deep domain knowledge.

Whilst this position is primarily remote, the organization requires candidates to reside in Texas to accommodate the occasional, albeit rare, on-site visit requirements for certain business critical projects/operations/processes which take place at the company headquarters in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
