    Responsibilities:



    • Develop the product vision, roadmap and features required to meet these needs
    • Own technology initiatives around delivering the optimal PIM and MDM experience
    • Work closely with Business Owners / SMEs to synchronize digital product development release readiness
    • Work closely with Digital Experience Manager to ensure distributors digital customer experience wants are accounted for in product backlogs and delivered by the development teams
    • Drive PI (Program Increment) planning preparation for respective product in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
    • Provide guidance to Product Owners to develop and execute against their backlog
    • Contribute to the product backlog with deep understanding of features and fixes needed to deliver to the digital transformation roadmap
    • Ensure solutions are deployed seamlessly to internal users/customers when they are ready
    • Clearly understand, communicate and factor in the product features that drive the most value for our internal and external customers
    • Drive completion of enabler activities required to deliver the priority capabilities





    Required Skills and Experience:





    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Previous experience as a product manager for PIM and/or MDM products in a large global enterprise
    • 4+ years leading Stibo PIM and/or MDM project
    • Scrum master or agile certification preferred, but not required
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Strong technical project management experience
    • Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of product management (demonstrated understanding of PM processes, artifacts and tools for agile)
    • Possesses solid understanding of PIMs and Master Data Management system design and integrations within an enterprise technical ecosystem (feeding and ingesting systems)
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of stakeholders (subject matter experts, business leaders, product owners, developers)
