Role: Senior System Engineer (Citrix | L3)

The Senior System Engineer will support off-site engineers, to implement and maintain VMWare infrastructure and services according to Service Level Agreements.



Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Support and maintain equipment and Network Operating System (NOS) with deep knowledge of VMWare, Citrix administration, MS Windows technologies, AD, clustering, and MS NLB.
• Service Improvement: Develop and implement long-term process/service improvement measures and plans.
• Support Availability: Provide regular support and be available for standby 24x7x365 support, including off-peak hours for system activities.
• Leadership and Communication: Lead integrated process teams, coordinate and communicate customer requirements, and interface with senior and middle management.
• Technical Problem Solving: Identify, research, and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

• IT Certification: VMWare and Citrix certified (Must have)
• Experience: 6-8 years in MS Windows infrastructure management with excellent Windows Server Administration abilities.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, experience in Windows scripting, and the ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency.
• Independence: Good time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Desired Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting, VMware Infrastructure, Azure, VMware, Citrix VDI, Citrix StoreFront, Citrix Studio

PROFIL :

- Diplôme en informatique
- Connaissance approfondie du langage Dart pour le développement de Flutter
- Bonne connaissance de C# et XAML pour le développement de .NET MAUI.
- Bonnes connaissances UX/UI
- Expérience des systèmes de contrôle de version (par exemple Git).
- Connaissance des API RESTful et de leur intégration dans les applications frontend.
- Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et souci du détail.
- Capacité à travailler à la fois de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe.

Missions :



- Participer au projet d'implémentation d'une nouvelle plateforme BI Azure/SnowFlake/Power BI.

- Gérer de bout en bout les projets data, comprenant l'analyse des besoins métiers existants, la formulation de spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques, la modélisation des données, la création de packages sous SSIS, l'implémentation des chargements de données vers SnowFlake, la réalisation de rapports sous Power BI et Excel, ainsi que la recette et la mise en production.
