    Actively seeking an experienced Dynamics NAV/ D365 Business Central developer who is looking to challenge themselves on a host of brilliant new D365 BC projects, with a forward-thinking, innovative MS Gold Partner environment. The exciting role will see the successful candidate play a pivotal role in solution development, hands-on AL programming and technical design. This role is working on a hybrid model, with occasional travel to the company office/ customer site required.

    Responsibilities will include:
    • AL, C/AL & C/SIDE programming across Dynamics NAV/ 365 BC

    Job description

    Our client specializes in the provision of the desktop and cloud-based flight planning software PPS Flight Planning System (PPS) and the integrated CrewBriefing web application and flight tracking. They are one of the world's leading suppliers of flight planning software solutions to private and commercial business aircraft operators, regional/charter/cargo/national airlines as well as military/utility operators, with over 450 customers operating in 90 countries worldwide.

    In the Odense HQ, they are building a brand new data and integrations team, responsible for integrations of their products and services with 3rd party services and to manage the in and out data from these. They are currently looking for a Lead Software engineer to oversee this team which will be built around you. A background in the microsoft stack (.NET, Azure), as-well as fantastic 'soft skills' and an eye for leadership is what they are looking for.

    Role & Responsibilities
    • Technical leadership of their new Data and integrations team to support their 2 product teams. This team will be built around the candidate and the key duties of this team are to manage the integrations of their product/solutions into 3rd party services and to manage the in and out data from these 3rd party services.
    • comfortable diving head-first into moderately risky situations with relatively little upfront information and oversight

    • There is no people management, this is purely technical management of the team (code review, facilitating sparring sessions/guiding technical growth of team/ensuring delivery). All HR/direct people management will be taken care of by the CTO.

    Skills & Qualifications
    • Expert technical knowledge in Software development (.NET, C#, Azure, SQL) and strong experience within architecture
    • Ability to lead on a completely technical level, (no man management involved), mentoring, making challenging and critical technical decisions
    • Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate with senior figures as you report directly to the CTO
    • Willingness to do 1 24hr on call shift per month - (not sat on your compute for the full time, but ready to provide some technical support at least one time per month) Paid extra 500DKK for weekdays, 1000 DKK for weekend shifts. (if you like, you can take on more on call shifts throughout the month)

    • 6% pension // 1.5% from salary
