    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled PAM Technical Operations Lead, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer. This is a great opportunity to join my client at an exciting time as their business continues to grow and they continue to enhance their security capabilities. The vision for this role is that you will lean on your industry experience to help shape how the PAM capability at the client matures over the short, medium and long term. You will work closely with Information Security colleagues and other technology teams to ensure PAM systems are secure, reliable and optimised.

    You Will:
    • Work alongside the Head of IAM to set out the foundations for the PAM capability.
    • Lead on PAM vendor assessment, from a technical perspective. Colleagues from wider technology teams will also be involved.
    • Work closely with Information Security colleagues to identify and mitigate PAM related risks.
    • Develop and then maintain operational procedures and policies in relation to PAM.
    • Identify and implement tactical improvements to the current PAM processes to reduce any short term risk present.
    • Provide technical guidance upwards to leadership, to verify the future vision for PAM and additionally provide technical support across the information securiy team and wider relevant teams.


    You Have:
    • 10+ years technical experience in PAM operations, 4+ of those as a team lead with people management responsibilities.
    • Strong technical knowledge of core PAM functionality, process and procedures.
    • Strong technical knowledge of PAM vendor capability, such as CyberArk, Delinea or BeyondTrust.
    • Knowledge of PAM in relation to AD, Azure and AWS.
    • Appreciation and technical knowledge of wider IAM areas such as IGA, authentication or federated services.
    • Demonstrable soft skills in areas such as communication and collaboration.

    Overview - Core duties:

    * To develop and maintain the holdings and transaction database at Oxford Capital, enabling the generation of robust data for analysis, processing and reporting.
    * Producing reports and statements, optimising effective communication of financial information to clients.
    * Act as an efficient interface between the firm's operations, investor relations and investment management teams.
    * Ensure accurate and appropriately structured data is delivered in a timely manner to support reporting to investors including biannual valuation statements, contract notes, loss relief statements, exit statements.
    * Work with investor relations on communications to clients to support data reporting.
    * Implement and refine systems, processes, and procedures to ensure smooth running of Oxford Capital data management.
    * Assist the Investment Management and Investor Relations teams with performance analysis, pipeline analysis and other key business intelligence
    * Interface with all databases to ensure these are complete and accurate.

    They, like many, are looking to build out a Snowflake Centre of Excellence amidst the rising demand from their clients for Snowflake expertise, this has led to a requirement of a Snowflake Data Practice Lead to spearhead their offerings and technical teams in this area.


    Role & Responsibilities
    • Develop a clear vision and strategy for the group's Snowflake Practice and Go to Market
    • Lead on development of new/innovative data solutions for client needs, championing Snowflake products and keeping in touch with new trends
    • Working closely with clients to understand thier needs, challenges and goals
    • Oversee end to end delivery of data consulting projects
    • Provide guidance on Data Modelling, Visualization, Analytics and Implementation
    • Contribution to growth of the practice through expansion of current client relationships and building new relationships



    Skills & Qualifications

    Client require a senior engineer to compliment a project team to develop a Dev VMware platform along with two reference environments for a client. We are seeking a highly skilled VMware and Linux Engineer to join our team.


    * Start/End date Duration: 6 months - 30th September Start

    * Contractual Base Location: Role will be based on client site in Farnborough

    * CLEARANCE: HMG HLC (Highest Level Clearance/DV) + Sole UK National

    NATIONAL SECURITY CLEARANCE must be active and transferable.

    Clearance remains valid providing the following criteria are met:
    1. Security clearances must not be more than 10 years old or 7 years for DV; and it must have more than a year remaining before expiry - ideally 18 months
    2. Candidate has taken up post within 6 months of the clearance being granted.

    The main objective for the engagement is to set the vision for attribution, defining what is possible and what they can commit to the SLT. The candidate will be a key contributor in terms of the metrics and information that will be most useful to the regional teams, defining the data needed to supply the dashboards and explaining the changes they need to make to their attribution model, processes and roadmap.   • The Deliverables can be described as follows:
  • Define, build and test the migration away from our Azure SQL Server, used to host the Power BI models, over to the "Gold" Databricks SQL layer.

  • About you



  • Can demonstrate advanced knowledge of cloud services, preferably the broader Fabric or Databricks suite of products; or Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, alongside a skillset incorporating data modelling techniques and business data requirement comprehension, documentation and communication.

    Are able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, with a focus on detail and accuracy and have a keenness to problem solve.

    Are keen to understand the commercial drivers of the business and can build data solutions to drive growth.
