• Support DevOps tools across the product lifecycle, including planning, coding, building, testing, deployment, security, release, and monitoring.
• Capture project requirements, provide expert consultation, and guide teams in adopting best-practice DevSecOps methodologies and tools.
• Customize and optimize tools to align with specific project needs and objectives.
• Work closely with a global team to ensure seamless integration and operation of DevSecOps solutions.

Responsibilities:

• DevOps Experience: Work in DevOps processes and implementations in large-scale teams, collaborating closely to ensure streamlined and effective CI/CD workflows.
• Cloud Infrastructure Automation: Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Azure ARM, and AWS CloudFormation.
• Monitoring and Telemetry: Oversee synthetic monitoring, APM, infrastructure monitoring, and cloud integrations, leveraging New Relic to drive insights and improvements.
• Data Visualization: Utilize telemetry (MELT) data visualization techniques post-implementation to ensure optimal system performance and insights.

What We're Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: 3+ years leading DevOps processes in large teams and 2-4 years hands-on experience with New Relic, CI/CD tools (OpenShift, GitLab, Azure DevOps), and IaC (Terraform, Azure ARM, AWS CloudFormation).
• Monitoring & APM Knowledge: Solid experience with synthetic monitoring, APM, and infrastructure monitoring tools, as well as telemetry data visualization post-implementation.
