    FRG Technology Consulting in collaboration with our client who are a rapidly expanding organisation in the MedTech space Software Engineers with backgrounds working with ReactJS/React-Native to join their team on a permanent basis.

    They are an Australian brand headquartered in Melbourne who have experienced a steady growth rate of 20% month-on-month since established with a forecast to continue that growth as their products gain more attraction. You will be working the breadth of their current and upcoming flagship applications the existing engineering team whilst reporting in to the CTO whilst working with the latest technologies and becoming an integral part of the organisation.



    Responsibilities:
    • Contributing to the design, coding, testing and packaging of various software components
    • Engineering and development of the various existing and upcoming applications to build features that affect how users interact with the procuts.
    • Having a direct influence on the product roadmap based on the feedback cycles with users whilst working around the complexities of building personalised application experiences.
    • Keeping abreast of trends and opportunities in the software world




    Key Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in application development working with ReactJS and/or React Native
    • Fluent working with fundamental Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript, SASS etc.)
    • Exposure in setting up architecture and build infrastructure.
    • Background with AWS would be highly regarded but not mandatory.
    • An interest in the Medical/MedTech field - bonus points for previous experience in this space.

    We are seeking a Mechatronic Engineer to join the growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in evaluating and validating engineering solutions devised by the development team. Your expertise will be crucial in providing constructive feedback to developers, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the excellence of our products. You will be responsible for installing, connecting, integrating, and testing advanced hardware solutions. This challenging role requires exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for unravelling complex hardware and software-related issues.



    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct field testing with robots on commercial farms, collecting data and running tests to continuously improve the product.
    • Perform hardware and software testing, including functional and regression testing, to ensure product quality and reliability.
    • Assist the customer support team in resolving escalated issues to keep commercial robots operational.
    • Collaborate with partners on integration, development, and testing of new products.
    • Collaborate with the development team to execute test plans and report bugs or issues with the software.
    • Integrate hardware and software components into a complete system, ensuring seamless operation.
    • Develop and maintain software tools and scripts to support testing and integration processes, including data analysis tools.
    • Implement solutions to resolve complex technical issues, using problem-solving skills to identify and address problems at their source.

    Key Skills:
    • Proven experience in hardware and software testing and integration, including experience with electrical and mechanical systems.

    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/C++ and experience with software development tools such as Git and JIRA.
    • Familiarity with industry-standard test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.

    Responsibilities:
    • Contribute to the development of software solutions that handle complex geospatial data and perform advanced analytics tasks.
