Title: Service Desk Team Lead (End user, Perm role)
My client is one of the largest retail brand. Now they are looking for a Service Desk Team Lead. Your responsibilities:
- Maintain high performing service support functions including to the Customer office/retail operation
- In charge of Incident, Request, and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required
- Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed
- Able to communication in English
- Good knowledge of ITIL disciplines
- Require technical knowledge on End User Computing technologies, not limited to Desktop Endpoint Management, Patch Management, Asset Management
- Have relevant End User IT support experience
- Have customer management experience
