Your new roleIn this fully remote position, you will manage projects across APAC by leading, planning, organizing and controlling resources, in order to deliver the project scope, in accordance with the specifications, on time and within budget.
* Report into Regional Project Lead
* Defining and controlling the Project Scope in collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Ensuring that all project documentation and deliverables are produced timeously, approved and maintained throughout the course of the project.
* Identifying and managing project risks and scope changes in collaboration with the team lead Project Manager.
* Delivery planning and monitoring.
* Co-ordinating project stakeholder attendance and deadlines.
* Tracking project progress and reporting on baseline performance throughout project lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed* Ideally 2-5 years' experience in an agile project management environment. Depending on years of experience and track record, you may come in as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator title.
* Good understanding of the IT industry, software lifecycle, and SaaS.
* Proven experience in timeline management and scrum management.
* Self-discipline and work ethic is key as remote working is required.
* Proactive approach. The ability to foresee potential problems and rapidly react to mitigate them.
* Assertiveness - having the confidence to speak up where and when appropriate and seek clarification where required.
* High resilience and agility, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage delivery deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Integrity, accountability and responsibility in all aspects of project management
* The ability to motivate people and drive the processes.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* A problem solver who can work well under pressure.
* A quick and fast worker showing attention to detail.
* Good understanding of, and experience working with MS Excel and Microsoft 365.
* Strong organizational skills and abilities.
* Actively involved in personal learning and growth in IT sector
Bonus if you have:* A relevant Project Management Certification / PMI certification will be an advantage.
* Proven hands-on experience in managing medium to large projects.
* Experience or exposure to Microsoft D365 BC.
