    About the Role
    My client is seeking a Software Implementation Engineer to lead the successful delivery and configuration of a compliance-focused software platform for global clients. This is a hands-on role where you will manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring systems are tailored to meet customer requirements and industry best practices.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage and execute implementation plans and work packages
    • Gather and document client requirements, configuring systems accordingly
    • Develop User Acceptance Testing scripts and oversee testing phases
    • Deliver client training sessions and create supporting documentation
    • Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement
    • Report and resolve software changes or bugs within project timelines


    What We're Looking For
    • Strong technical skills in SQL, HTML/CSS, Excel VBA
    • Experience with software implementation and support
    • Familiarity with supply chain planning/ERP systems
    • Knowledge of product compliance regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Conflict Minerals)
    • Experience with PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Teamcenter, Oracle Agile, or SAP PLM
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously
