Key Responsibilities:
-Design and optimize inference infrastructure using vLLM, SGLang, and custom engines.
-Profile and improve latency, throughput, and GPU utilization.
-Extend support to multimodal models (diffusion, ASR/TTS).
-Build robust MLOps pipelines for deployment and monitoring.
-Collaborate with infrastructure teams on GPU resource management and scaling.
Requirements:

Our client who is a global IT solution provider company is currently seeking a skilled Technical Lead (Network & Security) to oversee a small team of engineers and drive the successful delivery of networking and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team of network engineers in project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and best practices during implementation
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and technical deliverables
- Collaborate with external partners for training and team development
- Monitor and report on project health and technical milestones
- Review and tailor project plans and documentation
- Support solution design and provide input on scope and sizing for proposals
- Ensure timely delivery of all relevant technical documentation
Technical Skills & Experience:
