Understands new opportunities for existing IT Solutions in our remote facilities and aligns the RUSA IT management team on these opportunities.



Ensures that end users receive the technical support, guidance, and troubleshooting support necessary to fulfill the duties of their roles.



Ensures that software issues and other system functionality challenges are escalated appropriately in a timely and effective way.



Ensures that end users can effectively and efficiently utilize in house IT tools.



Ensures best results through collaboration with colleagues.



Ensures that IT issues are addressed promptly and professionally with minimum interruption to business processes.



Ensures that issues are escalated properly.



Ensures that documentation is thorough, accurate, prompt and useful.



Ensures that special projects assigned by management are completed correctly.

Analyzing new application functional requests.

Training users on software functionality.

Escalating software issues appropriately.

Escalating system challenges appropriately.

Diagnosing problems.

Implementing applications.

Supporting users when using off-the-shelf software. Administering network peripherals.

Remediating slow systems (users' device, servers', resources, printing…) Resetting passwords.

Administering users accounts.

Generating reports as required.

Fixing printer jams and other printing problems.

Resolving open tickets.

Following up on open tickets to ensure quick completion and user satisfaction.

Following up with vendors on any administrative issues for IT. Escalating technical issues appropriately.

Changing toners.

My client is a leading insurance company and we are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join them.



Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Collaborate with business functions to understand key drivers of performance, challenge business decisions, track performance, and provide insights on Company's financial and non-financial performance
  • Prepare business performance reports and dashboards to facilitate strategy planning and decision making
  • Support integration process through creation and standardization of management reports across different lines of business
  • Support IFRS17 implementation and build new financial reports for IFRS17 reporting
  • Oversee Expense Allocation process and methodology.
  • Provide update on market and competitors' performance.
  • Continuous improvement of processes with a focus on increasing efficiency
  • Any other ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned



Requirements
  • Strong financial, analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
