🧭 Zakres obowiązków



  • Administracja i rozwój aplikacji biznesowych szczególnie MS Dynamics AX (ERP, HR, finanse, logistyka, projekty).


  • Konfiguracja i utrzymanie systemów: nadawanie uprawnień, testowanie zmian, parametryzacja modułów.


  • Współpraca z dostawcami oprogramowania - obsługa zgłoszeń, nadzór nad SLA i wdrożeniami poprawek.


  • Analiza procesów biznesowych i tworzenie dokumentacji techniczno-użytkowej.


  • Przygotowywanie raportów i analiz w oparciu o MS Excel, Power Query i Power BI.


  • Udział w projektach wdrożeniowych i integracyjnych nowych aplikacji.


  • Monitorowanie działania systemów i rekomendowanie usprawnień.


  • Wsparcie użytkowników oraz prowadzenie krótkich szkoleń wewnętrznych.

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy z aplikacjami biznesowymi lub systemami ERP.


  • Dobra znajomość środowiska Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams).


  • Umiejętność analizy procesów i tworzenia dokumentacji.


  • Mile widziana znajomość Power BI lub chęć rozwoju w tym kierunku.


  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z firmami zewnętrznymi / serwisami IT.
