I hope you are doing well. We're supporting a long-term digital transformation initiative within the public sector and are seeking a
Cúram Developer to join a hybrid NYC team focused on
Cúram CGISS and Outcome Management. This is a
long-term contract-to-hire opportunity (40 hours/week) with a strong potential of conversion after 9-12 months, offering strong visibility and direct ownership of core Cúram systems.
This role is ideal for a Cúram professional who combines deep technical expertise, hands-on CGISS development experience, and the ability to analyze, resolve, and enhance complex system workflows while collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What we're looking for:- 8+ years of Software Development Lifecycle experience
- 5+ years working with Cúram CGISS and Outcome Management
- Cúram certification (version 8+) or willingness to certify within 6 months
- PMP certification required
- Strong business analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving skills
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing solutions to complex defects/issues
- Ability to translate technical concepts to both IT and business audiences
Preferred experience:- Hands-on system enhancements and Cúram case management
- Use Cases, process flows, and gap analysis
- Building strong customer relationships and independently driving solutions
Work Details:- Hybrid NYC: 3 days in-office / 2 days in-office alternating weeks
