
🚜 Lead Engineer - Farming Technology of the Future

Now, we're looking for a Lead Engineer to join our team and help drive our most ambitious projects forward.
What you'll do
Lead the design and delivery of .NET-based microservices running on Azure (experience with AWS or GCP is also valuable).
Architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions that power intelligent farming equipment and ecosystems.
Collaborate closely with product owners, data scientists, and hardware engineers to turn complex requirements into robust, maintainable systems.
Drive ML/AI initiatives, bringing smart automation and predictive analytics into the core of farming technology.
Champion the use of AI-powered developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to improve developer experience, code quality, and delivery speed.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet both business and field-level needs.
Mentor engineers, set best practices, and lead by example in modern engineering processes.
What we're looking for
Strong experience with the .NET stack and modern microservices architectures.
Hands-on expertise in Azure cloud services (or transferable knowledge from AWS/GCP).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives, from conception to production.
Background working with data-driven solutions, AI/ML integration, or IoT systems is highly desirable.
Experience in improving developer experience using modern tooling and AI assistants.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you can translate between business needs and technical delivery.
