    Responsibilities
    A Full Stack AI Engineer to join as a strategic hire and work closely with the CTO on product development, infrastructure, and AI-driven solutions.

    You'll play a central role in shaping the AI platform and engineering practices as we scale. This is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who thrives in startup environments and wants to push the boundaries of AI-enabled software development.

    -Develop and scale our AI agent platform using Python, C#, Node.js, and React.
    -Build prototypes, test AI-driven solutions, and design integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, document management).
    -Help design and improve CI/CD pipelines and implement DevSecOps best practices.
    -Collaborate directly with the CTO and lead developer on product development and infrastructure.
    -Take ownership of generative AI workflows

    Requirements
    - Solid full stack development experience in Python, C#, Node.js, React.
    - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, others welcome).
    - Proven understanding of DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline design.
    - Comfort with API integrations (MS Graph, Google Workspace, etc.).
    - AI-first mindset
    - Familiarity with data movement, enterprise integrations, and UX-aware development.

    About the Role

    My client is looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our growing technology team and help design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that power the next generation of intelligent products. You'll work on real-world problems involving machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI, collaborating closely with developers, data scientists, and product leaders.



    Responsibilities:
    • Design, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for production use.
    • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, or computer vision to develop practical, high-impact AI features.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into SaaS and enterprise platforms.
    • Implement scalable data pipelines and model-serving architectures using Python and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
    • Continuously evaluate and improve model performance through experimentation and A/B testing.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and frameworks, and contribute to innovation discussions.




    Requirements:

    • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Transformers.
    • Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
    • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) or fine-tuning frameworks.
