Start Date - ASAP (interviews this week)

Rate - Market Rates (Outside IR35)

Contract Length - 6 Months initially (Will extended based on good performance)

Description:

We've partnered an award winning SME Fintech/Financial Services organisation, searching for a seasoned Programme Director for a fully remote, Greenfield project This is a hands-on leadership role, not advisory, with a strong expectation that you actively shape direction, unblock issues and hold teams and stakeholders to account.


This engagement requires a highly experienced programme leader who can take firm ownership of delivery, governance and senior stakeholder alignment.



What we need from you?
● Proven experience leading large, complex programmes in digital banking, fintech or regulated technology environments
● A strong track record of stabilising delivery-critical programmes under pressure
● Deep experience running senior governance, steering forums and executive stakeholder management
● Commercially astute, with confidence managing contracts, forecasts and delivery trade-offs
● Comfortable operating with authority, making decisions and holding teams to account
