What You'll Be Doing
You will contribute to long-term projects in both the public and private sectors, applying your development expertise across the stack. As consultants are client-facing, communication skills and the ability to perform well in project interviews are essential.
Requirements
5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong skills in .NET or Java/Kotlin, with experience in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is beneficial
Prior consulting experience preferred
Experience in public sector or large Norwegian private sector companies is an advantage
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Fluent in both Norwegian and English
